Scared about ALS or MS-producing lots of saliva?

For the past few hours I've been producing an excessive amount of saliva. I got dental work done and have like 8 canker sores in my mouth, so maybe that's why, but I am very scared I have a nuerological problem!

Not sure how you have jumped to such a dramatic illness but I think you have already answered your own question as to a probable cause.
