I have read a few of the posted issues,

Is this site specifically for people who suffer from anxiety attacks or does it cater for Post traumatic as well.

Could somebody please be so kind to let me know.

I guess the site is based mostly around anxiety, but it comes in many shapes and forms, keep looking around, people here are very helpful and have had all kinds of experiences, so feel free to ask all the questions you like.

I think its fair to say that our expertese lies with the panic and anxiety that often cohabits with trauma and not with PTSD itself.
We can support you generically but none of us have the specialist answers and training that long standing PTSD warrants.
