throat problems please help

please help me

for a few weeks i have been having really bad throat problems, i feel like there a lump which keeps moving from one side to the other
also i keep feeling like theres something stuck that wont move and i terrified of choking or my throat closing up.

i had the same about 3 years ago and was assured by the doctor and ent consultant that it was nothing.

i just cant get it in my head that its nothing as i have these physical feelings, think i just need reassurance its anxiety

Throat problems are very common with anxiety hun, so your not alone.
