bubbling feeling - down below - ladies only

Please can someone reassure me.....yet again.

I have had a funny sensation down below. It is like a bubbling/twitching kind of feeling inside my womb kind of area (sorry cannot think of any other way to describe it). It is only a small area - but I have had it for most of the day. Its as if my blood is bubbling. Any ideas on what it could be.

Possibly. It has stopped now - I only had it on this one day. It just totally freaked me out.
