i cant remember the full name of the lady who helped me but i know lesley was in there somewhere. this morning i was in a right state couldnt stop crying and generally having a awful day. i wanted to thank you for your kind words and advice it really helped. to update you i got to see the emergency doctor and they did give me valium but only 4 tabs. it will be enough to get me to our holiday and then up to see my therapist when he is back off his holiday.
i am hoping this is a blip and everything will settle down again soon.

I was only to glad I could help. I know what its like, its a horrible feeling when your agoraphobic, and its a comfort to know that someone else understands how you feel.
