Hey, me again.. i’ve had this white small lumpy thing on the tip of my tongue for years, whenever i rip it off it bleeds and then it comes back. What can this be? There is some small weird things inside the lump itself also, like a ton of small seeds that i can *pluck* out of it if i rip it off. I also noticed today there is another white spot under it (underside of the tongue) and this is really worrying me, im just 17 years old would this be tongue cancer
