Can someone explain to me what this ultrasound results mean ?

I’m a 22 year old male. I know mild splenomegaly is mild spleen enlargement. I am wondering if I should have a high level of concern as I have been thinking worst case scenario like usual. Can someone explain to me possible causes or what this could mean or any other parts of the results in this test?

I think the first line of that tells you what you need to know really - ask your doctor. We can't tell you what the results mean as we are not qualified.

Yeah I was just wondering if it is considered serious and if maybe someone who had this before could offer some insight. I just have been worrying myself sick over it and wanted to know if anyone had answers before my appointment next Thursday.

Have you ever been able to see photos of the actual ultrasound? I am going to call tomorrow to try and get the actual photos of my CT scan.
