View Full Version : So tonight I begin my meditation

Hi all,

After a kind member of our forum reached out I will begin meditation tonight. My depression and high anxiety has had the highest highs and lowest lows recently. I always kept meditation ‘in my back pocket’ as a safety net but after my run this late afternoon didn’t help my high anxiety (it normally works wonders short term) I thought I need to meditate tonight.

Its journalling and mindfulness and other tools to get progress with just 2-3 minutes a day

Yes.
Ive found its helped rewire my brain to some degree.
Its a mix of CBT techniques and lots of short exercises over 21 days.
