Constant itchy skin.

Hi all,
Does anyone get itchy? Just lately i have noticed im itchy. I can scratch an area, then immediately somewhere else will itch, then a little annoying itch somewhere else will appear. No rash, not changed any creams or anything. I'm sure it's psychological!
I must look like some strange person with itchy skin constantly scratching!!
Could be a stress related thing?

How long have you had this? I know you said you were on the Mirena and one of my first ireegularies of Mirena was itching all over. I would itch particularly on my arms and across my chest x

I had this last winter. I itched so bad I thought I was going crazy. Finally I found a moisturizer that worked for me, but I had to keep telling myself not to scratch, or it would lead to hours of scratching and itching. I kept telling myself "ok, make it through today and you can scratch all you want tomorrow". After a couple of weeks of not scratching plus slathering myself in moisturizer, it went away.
