Hey guys. I had few threads here last month but I thought I managed to get out of it all however my anxiety flared up again and I am seeing my therapist on monday so I am trying to keep up until then.
I began feeling like I'm coming down with something but these new sensations scare me. I was taking a nap and woke up feeling like my body is vibrating. I feel smells that arent present. I get hot and cold flashes. And today I've been feeling something I can't describe I feel odd and out of place and strange and as if everything around me is changed. It scares me cause I keep thinking its my 6th sense that I am going to die.
I don't think I have a specific disease I fear (though rabies crossed my mind) I am just scared of some disease that I don't even know yet.
I'd appreciate the advice because I was doing fine after my initial episode and now I am scared again, feel wrong and off and out of it and I don't know what to do I feel like I'm gonna go crazy.
