I have been reading the news and how quickly life can change and felt depressed. Rather than look forward to things I fear the end. :winks:

As a sufferer of anxiety/depression I try not to read the news, or I cherry pick - we can always find/see something upsetting...

Im glad I am not the only one who feels this way, I made this same thread this morning. Its crazy how depressed a news story has made me today, its really put a damper on my whole day. I will try and refrain from reading the news from now on. Ignorance can be bliss, especially for someone like me.
