Elbow twitch driving me insane

It came, disappeared for a week, now its back off and on all day. Ugh its annoying, you can really feel these twitches too. Its like a hard slithering twitch, not a pop. Around elbow, very bottom of tricep, and the area is tight too. Actually the entire arm from shoulder to hands has some pain, tightness.

Anyone ever had it?

Yep, still got it on and off. Scared the hell out of me once, saw a neuro said noyhing wrong. Try to ignore it, took me months to but now i dont care and it comes and gos.
