Hey guys,

I've posted before regarding moles and fear of melanoma etc.

I've had a few new moles pop up - one on my arm and one on the back of my hand. Just wondering what people's experiences have been with new moles popping up? I'm in my 20s now and freaking out

Only get concerned if they get bigger, change colour or begin to hurt. It’s perfectly normal to get new moles throughout our lives because of our gradual exposure to the sun/changes in the skin. You’re fine :)
