Another Newbie!

Hello, everyone, I found this site as I am trying to find help and advice on anxiety and depression for my partner. This is all very new to me so if anyone can offer any advice that would be great.

I bet there are loads of members on here wishing their parteners would try to understand a little more; I'm sure you're half way there already as you've managed to find the site. Try reading the different catagories in the forum that fit in with their symptoms & you should start to find some good tips on the best way to be supportive.
