Fear of heart attack consuming my life!

Hi everyone,

My name is Hanna, I am from South Africa.

I had two heart attacks two years ago, and am terrified that it will happen again!
I do not have a medical aid so I never went to see doctors to do tests to see what damage might have been caused, now I am so scared all the time..

Every time I feel a simple tingling arm or stomach pulling tight, anything really makes me go into a full blown panic attack :scared15:

I am so very tiered of being afraid all the time..

Anyone else feeling like this is it normal?????:shrug:
