Dear all. Over the last few weeks I’ve been suffering from dizzy spells, light headed and have headaches most days. Had my blood pressure tested and was 193/100. Dr sent me home to do 2 weeks of recording pressure at home and dismissed headaches and dizziness as tension headaches. Obviously the anxiety has ramped up again and thinking brain tumour. Could these other symptoms be stress or anxiety? Any comments welcomed thanks
