How long will these damn head zaps last?

So I took my last citalopram nearly 2 weeks ago and the awful head zaps sooned started and 12 days later they seem to be getting worse not better and happening every few seconds now.

When will they go??

I got those when I came off efexor. I didn't get them that much, compared to the other distressing symptoms that I had. I think it was off and on for about a week.
