I've been doing so good for the last year and a half. No lymph node and lymphoma worries. I've had the swollen nodes for 11 years.
Anyway, I've been noticing that sometimes on my right leg the skin on my shin feels softer and when I push in hard it leaves a dimple or a pit that stays for anywhere from few seconds to maybe around a minute or two. The first time I saw this it looked like the skin was swelling over my sock but not very much though. But that hasn't happened for a little while now.

I've measured the circumference of my legs and of course it's highly inaccurate since I can never measure at exactly the same spot on each leg but there is rough a 1 cm difference in size.

Is this something to worry about? I have the lymph node swellings so I have some damage to my lymphatic system so I worry if it's lymphedema.

I first noticed this sometime in the summer but didn't really think much of it until I saw it again lately. I went to see a doctor 2 weeks ago who said it wasn't a clot or anything like that. Also I'm right footed so I do use that foot more, it's my leading foot so to speak but still. There is pitting and it's softer.

Then I've had for years this feelign of not being able to take a deep breath, I'm sort of connecting the two things now.

If a doctor isn't worried then I don't think you should be.

We are not qualified to look at pictures and comment to be honest.

Obviously, but I'm hoping someone has some experience with this.

I've had the breathing thing for years too, I've had all the tests and it's come back as purely psychological, look up chronic hyperventilation syndrome

Anyone with any ideas about the leg?

I second that. Regardless of the feelings you're having, it's not sinister and just one of those things. Your anxiety is making things worse as you're hyper-focusing on any little niggle or sensation.
