Hi, I’ve been posting a bit here lately, about really bad anxiety, I realise I haven’t helped myself with large amounts of caffeine I’ve been drinking, I didn’t have caffeine for 3 days, felt quite down today but not much anxiety, my son bought me a large green tea latte from Starbucks, i knew nothing about green tea, , I felt great drinking it but now anxiety is quite bad, so slowly learning lessons, has anyone come off caffeine and any advice coming off it, many thanks
