Nausea feeling any ideas

Hello just looking for some advice really, I started feeling sick on and of for the last few months. Never actually being sick though. I do have a habit of waking up at night and eating and then going straight back to sleep so I'm not awake for the food to digest properly.
Just wondered if anyone has had this

Sounds like reflux. When my reflux acts up I get intermittent nausea, especially when I wake up in the morning. I'm sure eating in the middle of the night is the cause.
