Calf muscle pulsing?

Hi, my calf muscle has been pulsing for maybe half an hour now. It’s fairly intense pulsing, especially was at the beginning, but not quite a cramp and isn’t visible. I’m worried as it’s lasted for a while now, what do you think could be the cause? I was just laying in bed, about to go to sleep, not sure what could’ve brought this on out of nowhere.

Mine has done and often does this, whether I am feeling anxious or not, and it has done it for years and years. And it is visible.

Mine's done this for years. I once mentioned it to a neurologist and she couldn't care less.

Look up benign fasciculation syndrome, and focus on the word "benign".
