Worrying again!

Got a pimple on my tongue the other day.. no big deal, its still there days later with an additional pimple thats 10x more sore and a sore throat :( terrified my throats going to swell in the night or something! hurts to swallow, hurts to eat, hurts to talk :( dont know what to do..

Well, the logical answer is try and ignore it, and go to the doctor if it lingers in case you need some antibiotics to help it on its way.

A more pressing question is what's caused a recent anxiety flare-up and do you need to see your doctor for advice on managing that?
