Hi, I'm new here but I've been lurking on the forums for a while.
So I'm pretty sure I have anxiety and have for years on and off. I'm finally going to the doctor on Thursday to figure myself out. My latest bout has been the worst. My husband has been snipped but my period was late and my anxiety skyrocketed. I got acid in my throat and got to the point where I felt sick. (I took a test, not pregnant)
I thought knowing I wasn't pregnant would've settled me but it hasn't. I'm still jumpy and with the gross feeling in my throat.
Is nausea a symptom of anxiety? And how do you all try and calm yourselves?
