Does this look like a blood clot to you? I noticed my calf hurt and found this, it isn’t raised but I’m scared its a discolored vein indicating a blood clot on my leg. It isn’t raised and the area around it looks a bit scratchy and dry like I scraped it on something but I don’t remember scraping it on anything. Also the other night the same calf was excessively pulsing for more than 30 minutes (the cramp wasn’t visible to the eye). Please help if you have any thoughts, freaking out, trying to decide if I should leave for the emergency room (it’s 11pm here).

if it was a blood clot it your leg would be bright red and hot to the touch and that isn't.... so no it isn't a blood clot

Not to mention likely in intense pain and or extreme numbness.
