Severe health anxiety-tiny red dots

Hello everyone,

I’m new here and I am dealing with such a severe health anxiety. I’m 32 years old and two years ago I was diagnosed with brain lesion. After number of different tests it turned out that it was caused by severe migraines. Needless to say that changed my life. Ever since I have been dealing with such a high anxiety. If I notice little thing on myself I am panicking and I absolutely hate it. Two days ago, I have noticed tiny red dots on my arms and chest. Of course when I googled it all the worst possible things came up. Has anyone experienced this before?

Cherry angiomas..totally harmless..also have cca 10..my husband and parents too..

I panicked about this last Dec. thought it was sepsis from a Staph infection i had at the time. i remember worrying about tiny red dots many times before too. i count them, check if they change and fixate on them. it has always been nothing and eventually disappear, some new ones will appear and then disappear. It is really nothing on it's own.
