Hi all. I'm new here. I've just gone through what for me was my worst bout of anxiety ever. I had throat burning, stomach churning and then actual nausea. Also with feeling hot, clammy and shaky and some insomnia.
I'm starting to come out if it now. My appetite is slowly returning and I've calmed down enough to function properly. My question is how long does the nausea go on? It's not as bad as it was but still there. Is it normal for it to still be there even if my anxiety isn't as bad? Everytime I feel sick I can feel my anxiety trying to kick back in.
