Never felt so alone but I can't stop pushing people away!

I know Im splitting but I can't stop myself.
I do have people around me but those people are becoming fewer and fewer, I'm getting better at managing my temper but I just block people and I don't know why. I'm lonely but isolating myself :shrug:

Does anybody else do this?

Many people living totally isolated life. Most of the time by solving social anxiety could lead out from isolation.
