I was out camping yesterday, when I noticed blood in my stool and in the tissue.

It was not a lot, my anus was itchy and numb after.

Today it's fine, no blood, the poo is dark and not as much as yesterday.

I been experiencing cramps in my lower left side below the belly button above bladder area.
It comes and goes.

I feel it more at nights, it's annoying trying to sleep, but I feel ok in the mornings.

I feel ok, I eat fine, just feels a little sore and cramped.... I get dizzyness but I think its because of something else.

I had seen a doctor last March, about lower left side and mention I get blood once, had a physical check up on my lower left side and blood test, which was normal.

Had something similar last July but more tiny than yesterday..

I do get numbness weakness in my butt, pain in my lower back and my leg and bowel feel weak doing something streaneous with my leg, but it's not bad.

Get it checked to be on the safe side will also put your mind at rest. But it’s probably a fissure or pile. Maybe see if it happens again. But I’m sure you will be fine.
