Hi guys :blush:

Someone on another forum I am on posted a link for this one - so here I am.

I have Hashimotos disease (underactive thyroid basically!), and part of the symptoms are anxiety, depression and IBS - the joy!

I am also going through a pretty crappy time at work (possible tribunal looming!) which obviously isn't helping any of the above!

Anyway - happy to be here, and look forward to 'meeting' you :) x
