Health anxiety symptoms

Hey, I was wondering if anyone is really bothered with these symptoms like I am... My most common anxiety symptoms are chest pain (which makes my anxiety a million times worse) and dizziness! I've had bloods & ecg done and everything came back fine but the chest pain really annoys/scares me. Anxiety is so debilitating!
