higher resting heart rate from ven

My resting heart rate is anywhere between 88-100. It used to be in the 60's or 70's depending on what i'm doing. Last night I was laying in bed reading and it was 76. Is this going to be a problem? I'm worried about the higher heart rate, especially since I like to exercise.

b stop checking your heart rate
c that is not an abnormal rate

You seem to be stuck in a cycle of looking for side effects/symptoms from your meds.

Are you getting therapy to help with this?

So, sorry to state the obvious here - but that actually a pretty good resting heart rate - absolutely normal. So, could it be that your anxiety and checking your heart is making it a bit (marginally) faster?

Thank you Ellen and Carys. I have a fit bit and am constantly monitoring my steps and heart rate. It's a vicious cycle. I just had therapy today, and I'm not getting much sleep from upping my dose :(
