Hello there I just wanted to share with people who are having muscle twitching a way that could potentially stop it. So yesterday my eyelid and other muscles were twitching like crazy and I just decided to drink a glass of milk and it just vanished for the night. Somehow milk stops twitches for me I just wanted to share this info for any of ya'll experiencing twitches and are scared/annoyed by them :D Please tell me if it works for you guys.
