Tension headache

Does anybody here get a tension headache and feel they will go mad with anxiety? It can last hours anybody had this? :blush:

Thanks should I take some paracetamol will this help? What else helps it go away distraction and stuff?

For me. Mostly a good neck massage. If you have someone tgat can just run their fingers uo and down there it should subside. Ibuprofen also works.
