I have a terror or bp machines. My bp was always low until ha. Anyway I’m currently on bcp but I want to get a hormonal iud and I know gynecologist will check my bp. So today I went to get my flu shot at the walk in clinic. I let them take my no three times. I was terrified. First time 168/98 pulse 140 it’s bormally 70. One minute later 148/92 pulse 120. One minute after that 138/82 pulse same. I know my last numbers where still stage 1 range but as my pulse was insane I think they are ok and they dropped. I hope the gynecologist nurse will understand. The staff asked if I’ve ever taken bp drugs I said no and said I won’t because I know this is fear. He agreed considering my pulse it’s prob anxiety. He recommended home testing Which I know is a huge no no for me. When I did check st home I’d have the same pattern high lower lower lower but I’d obsess and keep rechinibh. High then low then an hour later high then low. With no machine in the house I don’t think about it until thr dr appointment looms. Anyone else the same?
