Sore nose a symptom of anxiety?

I have had a sore nose for the last few weeks, not sure why just wondered if it's a symptom of anxiety as it has been worrying me.. :huh: It's just sore when i touch it.

you probably have a spot inside your nose they really hurt as our noses are so sensitive, put a little sudo cream in your nose...hope it helps
