Brain bleed concussion worry

I had my cousin take a slow motion video of me waving my hair around for about 5 seconds. I didn’t do it super hard, just in a few circles. Only after did i start to worry that I had now damaged my brain or caused a bleed. I have a bit of a headache but I’ve been having tension headaches all week too.

No other symptoms but I worry I gave myself a headache :(

It’s normal to get a bit of a headache after waving your head around, at least for me anyway! I feel very confident in saying you have not given yourself brain damage from waving your head around lol (one day I’m sure you will look back on this post and laugh but for now I know how horrible health anxiety can make you feel and the strange things it can make you think). As for the tension headaches/normal headaches that is a totally normal thing that comes with anxiety/stress. I have these sorts of headaches all the time :) if you are worried go to the doctor and they can give you some reassurance and peace of mind!
