I really have to do something. As I wrote on here my pulse last time I had my bp tested it was 140 it’s usually 70. My bp was high too 168/98 but over 3 attempts a minute apart dropped to 138/83 high but nit too bad as my pulse was stop 120. I’ve tried meditating but it’s not helping much and the one patch I saw said it might nit be for me. I walk a lot which helps. I have decided to try daily cbd oil. I just ordered from pure java and it was 140 dollars so I’m praying this works has it helped anyone else.
