White weird thing on tip of tongue for years!

Hey, i’ve had some weird white looking lump on the tip of my tongue looking like a group of seeds kind of inside it. Right behind it there is a ulcer looking thing but i’ve had this for so many years! Im 17 and worried about tongue cancer
