Citalopram

Hi... Has anyone actually weaned themselves ONTO Citalopram? When I weaned myself off it a year ago I felt at my best at 5mg.. yes stupid I know... I have anxiety due to the Menopause and most of the time can deal with it... taking my Magnesium, Vit B complex ... doing all the right things! Feedback please my fellow anxietiers :shrug:
