Numbness in fingers.

Hello everyone. Im a bit worried, i have had numbness in my two fingers? Happened yesterday evening and the feeling hasn't returned? The fingers it affecting is the one beside the thumb and the one next to it. I have googled symptoms and carpool tunnel comes up however it mentions ring finger and pinky that it usually affects? Has anyone else had this? Thank you for taking time to read. xx
