The urge to leave

Isn't it one of the hardest roadblocks in trying to stop being anxious? After all, anxiety rarely goes away when you want it to leave.

Ohh. Well we definitely all have that! Unfortunately urging it to go away is probably the worst thing to do. I'm learning to just notice it & carry on regardless, it takes time but wishing it away only makes me notice it more.
