Hi
I have just had some results appear on my online medical record for a recent skin lesion extraction, this is what the medical record says:-
[M]Fibrous histiocytoma NOS
Any idea what the (M) means? My first thought was Malignant and its sent my anxiety through the bloody roof!
Anyone Know what it means or had anything similar?
Iv just called the Doctors surgery and asked for a doc to call me back. The receptionist phoned and said a doctor has looked at it and said it's nothing urgent and has said to wait to speak to the doctor who did the surgery on Monday.
What does nothing urgent mean??
Thanks in advance
