wrist watch too tight?

i got a new watch and its a bit tight. it leaves a mark but not really severe just a red line. im worried that it could restricts blood flow and cause damage to my hand but i dont want to not wear it just because of anxiety. thanks for any help.

1) No way it will cause permanent damage
2) Why don’t you return it and get something that fits better. It’s less a question of anxiety and more comfort/common sense
