Lump deep in the calf

Hi, sometimes when i cream my body and dig a bit i can feel a small lumps in my calf...in both...maybe a muscle or fat pillow? Fat pillows i have alson in my arms and tighs..this is maybe deeper..anyone else have it?

Might be a lipoma (I'm assuming that's what you mean by "fat pillow").

They can occur anywhere on the body, and I have them all over, including my legs.

Also, if you can move the lump around,it's almost never something to worry about
