swollen lymph nodes.. cancer? :(

i will definitely see a doctor soon but i'm about to cry now and i need your help :(
it's been 3 weeks now that at the right side my lymph nodes under my ear are swollen and also under the jaw and at first it was painful when i would speak now it's better but it still hurts when i have my head in a certain position or when i swallow sometimes...
i'm so scared it might be cancer like a hodgkin lymphoma
what are the chances :(

Cancer doesn't "get better" by itself. Most likely some sort of infection, flu, cold etc

See your doctor. Sounds like an infection of some sort. I'm a Head and Neck cancer survivor. Definitely, 100% not cancer.
