My right hand especially has a feeling of fullness, or a tightness feeling. Fingers feel full too, almost like they will lock so I crack the joint and they go back to normal. The back of hand mostly, and when I carry or grip something heavy like weights at the gym my hand and fingers will get stiff for a bit after. Sometimes the fingers will move around on their own, maybe a twitch here and there.
I've heard some with fibromyalgia say they're hands and fingers get so stiff they have to pry them open. Mine aren't that stiff, but still a "full" feeling in them. Sometimes a slight burning or tingling.
Its cold where I live now so I'm wondering if its circulation. A friend of mine has this disorder where his joints stiffen up in the cold and rain. May be similar. Anyone have the same?
