I am really anxious and worried all the time. I keep thinking the same thoughts over and over on a loop. I do have a lot of things going on in my life at the moment and also have several physical medical conditions which can be difficult. I feel I am getting worse, anxiety wise, and wondering if I should see my GP. I have never had OCD rituals before just the thoughts, but now I'm starting to check things. Should I get some help or wait until this busy time in my life settles down then my anxiety might abate naturally? I am not on anxiety medication and don't have a formal diagnosis as not seen GP for my worries.

You don't need a formal diagnosis as such to get medication. I would definitely go and see a doctor and discuss your symptoms. Some of this is normal with worry, a doctor will be able to help and tell you if what you are experiencing is regular anxiety. I hope you feel better soon xx
