Ever since my first panic attack 4 years ago which felt like I was going to faint, doctor said it was anxiety, so I struggled with that for the last 4 years but I still once in awhile get that dizzy panicky feeling in the morning, I hate it, it goes away when I sit down and just calm down, the neurolgist didn't really care about it, I know it's a symptom of anxiety but does this sound normal to anxiety ?? Neurolgist said if it was something serious something bad would have happened a long time ago
