Public Toilet water splashed my face

So this might sound silly but it's gotten me all worked up, over the Thanksgiving holiday I got sick driving home and stopped to throw up in a restaurants restroom. Well it created a splash that through some toilet water back onto my face, lips too.

So the sent me into a panic that I was going to catch HIV, or some terrible disease, do I need to have this checked out?

I asked my dad and he said that, since the waters chlorinated, it shouldn't be a problem.

But the restroom wasn't that clean, and I'm pretty sure someone just left the stall.

Yeah... respectfully, that's silly. It's just not how one contracts HIV. No "what ifs" or "yeah buts" :lac:
