I am juggling 4 worries at this moment. They keep filtering from each other. Basically it’s hard work. 1 worry is based on guilt and disgust. 2 worry is based on what ifs something might happen. 3 is social media worry by tit for tat against someone else. 4. Worry is when these 123 are basically gone, my lovely harm ocd will pop back in. I can actually predict that.

Might I ask, were all the worries related? For me, social media could really cause all these worries! Did you find any tips that helped you cope? I hope things are better now, and that your OCD has not returned. Take care.
